In the very heart of Guatiza, a picturesque and emblematic canarian pueblo in the North of Lanzarote and next to famous Cesar Manrique’s Jardin de Cactus, we have created a very special place to enjoy your stay in Lanzarote, disconnect, relax and recharge the batteries in a unique and unforgettable environment. Casitas Santa Rita offer unmatched comfort and luxury in a private environment, away from massive tourism, crowds and noise.

Casitas Santa Rita is a mini resort of two modern and cozy independent apartments, Casita Luna and Casita Coco, with spacious private exclusive terraces of 45sq meters each (with modern garden furniture, including wooden sun beds), fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and an oven, connected with a comfortable living room, a separate spacious bedroom with comfortable king size bed with high quality bed linen and a spacious bathroom equipped with walk-in shower and bidet. Bathroom towels and beach towels are provided. There is a shared heated swimming pool of 21sq meters, surrounded by a beautiful cactus garden. They have been stylishly designed and equipped with a bit of luxury you will not normally find in Lanzarote. We have adopted the buildings from old workshops of a village blacksmith (some walls are old ones made of stone), paying a lot of attention to details to make your stay enjoyable, comfortable and memorable. Additionally Casita Luna has an open air hot tube (jacuzzi), with bubbling water of temperature above 35 degrees, extremely useful in winter.

Creating Casitas Santa Rita, we were inspired by Cesar Manrique’s unique style, so you will find all external floors in the terraces and around the pool painted in white, like the ones you will find in Manrique’s Jameos del Agua, Jardin de Cactus or in his emblematic houses in Lanzarote.

We love the Scandinavian concept of hygge/kos/mys, Dutch gezelligheid, German Gemütlichkeit, Finnish oleilu, or French cocooning and Le bien-être. As the definition of this concept says, we cherish and intent to provide our Guests with atmosphere and comfort, creating a cozy, warm environment to cultivate joy in simple everyday moments, taking a break from the rush of daily life. This was our governing concept when we creating Casitas Santa Rita in Lanzarote

Casitas Santa Rita are located in the very heart of the village of Guatiza so you will be enjoying your stay in a typical Canarian village, surrounded by friendly local people, with all aspects of color, fauna and flora of a countryside. The pueblo has three restaurants, an outlet for take away food, a lively bar in the main street and a supermarket. There is a lovely old church in the main square, recently renovated, which summons for service every Thursday and Saturday evenings. No TV set in the casitas was our choice to allow you to fully disconnect, but we provide a free wifi all around the place, including the swimming pool area. There is a laundry room so you can travel light without paying for extra luggage. Here, in Casitas Santa Rita, instead of crowds of people in typical resorts, you can indulge in a holiday experience, like the one before the world has gone mad.

Your privacy and comfort are our top priority. We prepared the houses as we personally would wish to spend time and pay for our holiday rental. There will be maximally 4 people in total at a time and no kids, as we are adults only, to enjoy your quiet and relaxing stay here.
