Named after our second cat, Casita Coco is a bright and intimate boutique hideaway created for slower mornings, quiet evenings and peaceful days in northern Lanzarote.
Originally transformed from an old traditional barn, the casita combines minimalist interiors, warm white-painted wooden ceilings and carefully curated details inspired by the timeless aesthetic of César Manrique, creating a softer and more intimate atmosphere throughout the space.
Large floor-to-ceiling windows fill the casita with gentle natural morning light and open onto a spacious private terrace designed for slow breakfasts, reading, rest and relaxed outdoor living under the Lanzarote sun.

Surrounded by white walls and private outdoor spaces, Casita Coco offers a true sense of intimacy, calm and privacy — allowing guests to fully disconnect and enjoy peaceful moments at their own pace.
The spacious private terrace, large sun umbrella and carefully selected outdoor furniture create the perfect setting for slow breakfasts, books, music and relaxed mornings filled with soft natural light.
Blackout curtains ensure restful sleep and peaceful mornings, while carefully designed lighting creates a warm atmosphere to enjoy the casita both by day and night. Some of the lamps were handmade by the owner.
There is no TV in the casita by choice, encouraging a more intentional and peaceful stay. A projector is available on request for cozy movie nights, while the Bluetooth speaker allows guests to enjoy music in a calm and intimate atmosphere.
Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, including the pool and outdoor chill-out areas, making Casita Coco ideal for remote work, longer stays and slow mornings in Lanzarote.
Comfort & Amenities
Casita Coco offers approximately 60 sqm of indoor and outdoor living space, including a bright living room connected to a fully equipped open kitchen, a separate bedroom and a spacious en-suite bathroom.
The bedroom features a king-size wooden bed (180x200 cm) with high-quality cotton linen, while the bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, bidet and natural ventilation.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary utensils, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer — ideal for comfortable longer stays.
Air conditioning, ceiling ventilators, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also provided for additional comfort.
Peaceful Outdoor Living
The spacious private terrace is designed as a quiet outdoor extension of the casita, combining soft evening lighting, peaceful surroundings and complete privacy for slow island living and total relaxation.
Guests also have access to the shared heated swimming pool surrounded by cactus gardens and calm chill-out spaces designed for rest, reconnection and slower island living.
